Returns

Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing or fulfillment has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
